Cancellation & Refunds

STERISON TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is dedicated to providing high-quality software solutions to its customers. Please review the following terms regarding subscription cancellations and refunds:
Subscription Cancellation: Customers have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will only stop future payments from being processed. No refunds will be issued for any payments already made.

Use of Software: After the subscription cancellation, customers will continue to have access to the software and its features until the end of the current billing cycle or the licensed period. The software access will remain active until the subscription term has expired.

No Refund Policy: Once a subscription has been purchased, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the software, or if the customer decides to cancel their subscription mid-term.

End of Subscription Term: Once the licensed period ends, access to the software will be revoked unless the customer renews the subscription.
